Yes. You can use the gel together with your other skincare products. It is designed to work seamlessly with any skincare routine. It is carefully formulated without grains, abrasives, acids, or harsh chemicals that could conflict with other products.

One of its key benefits is that it gently prepares the skin by removing surface impurities and sluggish cells, allowing your other skincare products to absorb better and work more effectively.

• How often can I use it?

You may use it every other day, or every few days—depending on what your skin needs. Use whenever you want an instant glow and refresh. Ideal is to use it 4 mornings per week. Can be used daily if skin condition allows.

• Why aren’t dead skin cells balling up when I use the gel?

This is one of its key advantages: it provides gentle exfoliation without causing damage or over-stripping the skin.

It’s normal for the exfoliation to vary from person to person. There is a slight learning curve when using the gel; factors like how much product you apply, your skin type, and even humidity can affect how much “balling up” you see.

The gel works in response to your skin’s pH and condition. If your skin is drier (typically higher pH), you may notice more visible exfoliation. If your skin is oilier, the exfoliation may be lighter or less noticeable. This means there will be days when you see more balling and days when you see little to none and that’s completely normal.

The gel only lifts away dead skin cells that are ready to shed, without harming healthy, intact skin. This is one of its key advantages: it provides gentle exfoliation without causing damage or over-stripping the skin.

Even if you don’t see much balling, you’re still getting the full benefits of the formula. These include hydrating hyaluronic acid (for plumper, smoother-looking skin), glacial protein to help support collagen over time, plus soothing aloe vera and other nourishing botanicals.

If you’re having difficulty seeing exfoliation on your face at first, try testing it on the back of your hand using a smaller amount (about a dime-sized). This can help you get a better feel for how the gel works on your skin.
